Hourly Rates & Service Fees
Including Shawnee, Overland Park, Leawood, Olathe, Bonner Springs, Gladstone, Lenexa, Blue Springs, Brookside, Raytown, Roeland Park, Merriam, Liberty, Waldo, Downtown KC, Mission and Prairie Village.
We cover a general 60 mile radius outside of Kansas City not limited to but including Topeka, St. Joe, Lawrence, Leavenworth, Ottawa, Gardner, Lee’s Summit, Belton, North KC (northland) and Grandview.
*ALL on-site visits within and outside of the Kansas City Metro area will be charged a one-hour minimum. Subsequent time spent on-site is billed in 15 minute increments. Locations that fall outside of the Kansas City Metro area will be billed drive time as well as the one-hour minimum. We will inform you prior to your visit if drive time is required.
If off-site, additional research or any other related service is needed we will always go over this will you in advance prior to any work being performed or billed. Late nights, holidays and emergency service may incur additional fees. Local sales tax is required by state law and will be charged during invoicing.
Temporary Backup Service
$50 Flat-rate fee.
We offer this service for you while performing repairs or service on your equipment in the event that you do not have your own current backup or just want that added peace of mind.
Discounted Retainer Plans
Our pre-paid retainer support for your home or business takes the unforeseen cost of a repair or on-site support call and makes it a budgeted expense. Choosing this option also allows us to significantly reduce our hourly rates in order to save you money over time. It's setup simple, the more hours you purchase on your plan - the more you can save!
Managed Service Agreements
Managed service agreements are available and can be specifically customized for your business to include a preset amount of hours each week in order to maintain your Mac or Hybrid / Virtual PC network.
