Discounted Retainer Service Plans & Rates
Designed for our clients who need dedicated support from time-to-time

Our pre-paid retainer support for your home, office or business takes the unforeseen cost of a repair or an on-site support call and makes it a budgeted expense. Choosing this option also allows us to significantly reduce our hourly rates in order to save you money over time. It's setup simple, the more hours you purchase on your plan - the more you can save!

Local Area Hourly Retainer Discounted Rates
  • 5 hours @ 60/Hour - $300
  • 10 hours @ 55/Hour - $550
  • 20 hours @ 50/Hour - $1000
(current standard rate is $70.00/hour)

Out-of-Local Area Hourly Retainer Discounted Rates
  • 5 hours @ 80/Hour - $400
  • 10 hours @ 75/Hour - $750
  • 20 hours @ 70/Hour - $1400
(current standard rate is $95.00/hour)

Direct phone support (outside of normal business hours including weekends)
Hours will never expire (plan rate stays locked if renewed)
Priority scheduling for same day or next day service (including weekends)
May be used for any of our consulting, training, and support services (on-site, office and remote)
Retainer Terms

Retainers must be pre-paid in order to get the discount. Normal service rate will be charged until the retainer is paid.

Once the retainer is paid, the discounted rate will only be applied to hours worked after the payment has been received.

The time spent per service call will be deducted from the amount of hours remaining. Service, phone support and consulting time will be deducted from the retainer at the discounted hourly rate. Travel time will be deducted for out of area clients.

Time will be tracked by MetroMacs Inc. and a statement of hours used and remaining will be sent to the customer following each visit. When hours deplete to a low level, the customer will be notified. The customer may buy more hours at any date and need not wait until one retainer is depleted.

There will be no refund or credit for unused hours. The times do not expire until used. In the case of multiple retainers, the hours from the first retainer will be used first.

Regular service will be performed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and must be prescheduled (retainer clients receive priority scheduling.) Other hours may be arranged as needed for extended projects or emergencies. Weekend appointments are also available as required.

MetroMacs Inc. reserves the right to keep track of the official time spent per service call. Prep time, out of area travel time, phone support, bench time and on-site time will be considered in the total time.

Parts are not included in a service retainer. Sometimes parts may not always be needed and vary in pricing; therefore parts will be billed separately on an as needed basis. MetroMacs Inc. reserves the right to determine when and what parts may be needed for a particular job. MetroMacs Inc. will advise the customer of parts needed and their costs before replacing any parts.
