We do not assess a diagnostics fee for any Mac brought to our office location for extensive testing service as long as you choose to have us perform the repair. If the cost of parts and labor exceeds the value of the Mac or it is simply not cost effective to go that route, we will only charge you a flat-rate fee of $65 to cover our time.
Keep in mind that this fee is 100% waived if you choose to proceed with the repair.
$80 per hour
This labor rate applies to all Macs taken-in to our office location. If you are seeking on-site service, then our On-site Service Rates apply.
$50 Flat-rate fee.
We offer this service for you while performing repairs or service on your equipment in the event that you do not have your own current backup or just want that added peace of mind.
$120 per hour
We are well known for our ability to recover data from hard drives. If you have fallen victim to data loss, please Contact us immediately or stop by our office location before valuable time is wasted.
