If the cost of parts and labor exceeds the value of the Mac or it is simply not cost effective to go that route, we will only charge you a flat-rate fee of $65 to cover our time.
Keep in mind that this fee is 100% waived if you choose to proceed with the repair.
$50 Flat-rate fee.
We offer this service for you while performing repairs or service on your equipment in the event that you do not have your own current backup or just want that added peace of mind.
Real-time Remote Server Reports
- $25 Monthly for each server and $10 Monthly for each Mac workstation you would like us to monitor in real-time. Be proactive before major down time or disaster strikes. Have us call you before you call us.
- This service is a bundled part of our Managed Service Plans for large or small businesses. We are now offering this as a stand alone service for our home-based business clients that have server setups but don't require a regular on-site visit unless problems are detected with the backups and so forth. This is a great way to provide piece of mind knowing your setup is running smoothly while having a proactive approach to potential issues that are bound to crop up down the road. For example, hard drives will and do go out causing backup systems to fail in some situations.
