MetroMacs is growing rapidly in the Kansas City area and we are looking for the very best Mac experts. We want individuals with the perfect balance of expertise and personality. Our team is passionate, dedicated and self-motivated. We constantly strive to find, implement and support the best Mac solutions for our clients.
Potential candidates may include freelancers looking for additional work between projects, consultants currently providing similar services and looking to grow or people with a full-time or part-time gig working with Macs and looking for a change and more flexibility.
While this isn't a 9-5 job, we do work all the time for our clients. We have very high standards and expectations for members of our team.

Provide exceptional on-site Macintosh support for our clients within the Kansas City and surrounding areas.

Who you are:
• Top notch troubleshooting skills
• Knowledgeable about and willing to learn current and future technology and solutions
• Ability to easily communicate technical information to clients
• Work with urgency and train with patience
• Always strive to be the very best
• Passionate, self-motivated and always ready for a challenge
• Take pride in everything you do with great attention to detail
• FileMaker, graphic design, color management or Xcode development skills always a plus
What we require:
• Own your own Mac for home office related work and to perform other job related tasks
• Apple Certified as an ACMT (or an ability to become certified with minimal training)
• Legally able to work in the US
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Reliable transportation to and from on-site locations
• Customer service & relations experience
• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year of computer service experience preferred or demonstrable troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to keep up to date on the latest in Apple technology
