We offer same-day service on all iPhone 3G, 3GS, AT&T 4, Verizon 4. Now including the new 4S models front glass and LCD replacements during normal business hours. We only require that you call us in advance to schedule a time that works with our availability and yours.

- $45 Diagnostics Fee applies to any iPhone that does not power on or needs a specialized repair. This fee is only assessed if you decline to have us repair your iPhone due to cost or other factors.
We will never charge a diagnostics fee to perform LCD/screen replacements, upgraded battery, or glass color conversions unless underlying problems are found and will call prior to any work being performed. There are rare instances when an iPhone may have other issues that are most likely related to the physical screen damage that was caused to the internal makeup of the iPhone itself.

iPhones that have sustained liquid damage are now being accepted!
We find that it's not always the liquid that causes the most damage, but the corrosion that can form after. The best advice we can give once liquid comes in contact with your iPhone's is to power it off immediately and bring it in to us so we can take it apart and apply a heat gun to completely dry out the internal components. Liquid damaged repairs generally require a logic board and battery at the very minimum. Some clients have reported success by placing their iPhone in an uncooked bag of rice for 48 hours to help absorb the water and prevent additional damage caused by corrosion.
iPhone Take-In Diagnostics & Repair Process:
1.) iPhones brought in needing to have the Glass Panel or LCD replaced are always started the very same day and will be ready for pick-up the next weekday morning anytime after 8:30am. To streamline the process, your credit card will automatically be charged for this type of repair and an invoice receipt will be ready so you can be on your way quickly.
This type of repair generally takes less than 24 hours (in most cases) since we stock repair parts in-house. There is usually no diagnostics required with this type of repair. In rare instances we have run into iPhones with underlying damage other than glass or LCD breakage. At that time we will call you to discuss the repair and we must charge a $45 diagnostic fee to proceed.
2.) All iPhones brought in with liquid damage, red (tripped) liquid sensors, or otherwise unlocked/hacked/bricked will not be accepted. iPhones that do not show any power on display will likely need a diagnostics performed and we always assess a diagnostics fee in these cases.
3.) After we have gone over and authorized the repair with you we will get started on it. If out-of-stock repair parts are required we can usually obtain or receive most within 24 hours.
4.) Once we have completed the repair we always perform final verification testing. If everything checks out as expected we will call to let you know that your iPhone is ready for pick-up at our office. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays.
